Although their products are good, albeit expensive I have stopped buying from them after I wrote to them about one of their products and didnt receive a reply, I followed it up with a telephone call, they took my details and promised a return phone call - that was about 2 months ago..... I am still waiting. I have decided to use another brand instead, sloppy customer service to means they do not appreciate their customers and how much they spend with them. There are plenty more products out there that can rival burts bees and I have just gone to one of them.
I have been a customer of virgin media for over 20 years and I find that to access my emails through their website is absolutely terrible. Most of the time I struggle even to find the send or forward button. I am IT literate so I feel sorry for older, less capable customers using this service, it must be mission impossible.
It was easy to use the website and as a returning customer you had even less buttons to press. I sent the phone off as soon as the envelope arrived and 2 days later I had an email confirming the money was in my bank account. Mazuma does what it says, its a shame more companies can follow them. Well done to Mazuma, I have no negative comments to make all excellent.
