Excellent service and support item received in 7 days

I had placed my order with Simply Electronics to later learn of many negative reviews claiming the company to be a scam. placing an order of almost Euro 600 I was worried sick. I emailed SE and was replied to immediately and informed not to be concerned.

I received my order 7 days later with the perfect delivery of two cameras, a pouch and 2 Sd cards. They were delivered from the UK so I had no hassle whatsoever with customs.

My friend also ordered a camera on my recommendation and received it in 6 days.

We are both happy customers and will definetly buy again from SE. I have had many bad experiences from other well known companies unfortunately many customers only forward their bad experiences and not of their good ones.

All I can say is that I am one very happy customer with 2 fantastic cameras.
