Good communications and products

Ordered a number of items to use while in the caravan.
Was informed by email when the order had been dispatched.
Was told the day of delivery and on the day was informed as to the time of delivery within a one hour slot.
The parcel arrived within the one hour slot, so didn't have to stay in all day.
The items were all as described and just what I wanted.
I have already saved the website in a file and will use them again.
