WE HAVE USED P2G IN THE PAST WITH ONE OR TWO MINOR PROBLEMS IE NOT COLLECTING WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE. THESE WERE RESOLVED QUICKLY. BUT AFTER THIS LATEST DISASTER I WILL NOT BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN. WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE MD'S NUMBER. WHY NOT IS HE OR SHE SCARED OF SOMETHING. IT HAS TAKEN 6 DAYS FOR A PARCEL TO ARRIVE 45 MILE FROM CAMBRIDGE TO SUDBURY VIA YODEL DEPOT. I WILL WRITE TO MD BUT PROBABLY WON'T GET A REPLY. KEEP GETTING FOBBED OFF AS TO WHY IT DIDN'T ARRIVE
Worst delivery company on the entire planet. Have been waiting now for 6 days for a delivery from the Cambridge depot. Have had the overfilled van excuse, the we left a card excuse (fairies or magic pixies must have taken it then), and now the van broke down. Despite bragging about over 5000 vans in the fleet can't seem to get one to deliver in our direction. There should be a facility to leave a minus score !
