Ordered some engine degreaser from meguiars-online (same company) on Sunday paid £2.99 extra for 1to2 days delivery, after sending them an email on weds finally turned up Thursday afternoon, asked them what I paid for 1st class postage for, no response & no offer to refund the extra paid.
If this is their customer service they deserve to go bust, lots of competition out there.
Ordered a new lawnmower & got an email from the company stating that it would be delivered on the 17th, so being self enployed took the day off, city link never showed up, rang the supplier the next day the 18th another day off work asked why parcel wasnt delivered to be told there van was overloaded, should be with you sometime today, well its now 2pm still no sign i cant go out to get supplies for my next job so this has cost me a lot of money in wasted bussiness, i was told city link has my number would it kill someone to ring.
Avoid this company at all costs, although like me you probably dont have a choice.
If the managing director of this comany is reading this you suck, total lack of communication, you deserve to go bust, if i treated my customers like this, they would tell me where to go & i would quite deservingly have no bussiness left. You do realise ther is a recession on you A hole, you might not care if you go bust, but i cant afford to piss my customers off.
P.S I rang my customer as soon as i realised there would be a problem today so they could get on with their lives.
I have brought from these people many times in the past, & they usually deliver in quickly, as a bathroom fitter I trust I will be able to get the items I order within 3 or 4 days, there are cheaper companies out there, but beware a lot of these companies don't hold stock & then will keep you waiting for weeks which is no good to me. Keep up the good service & I'll be back.
