Good until it goes wrong
Feedback is usually a good indicator, but if something goes wrong there is a narrow window to open a dispute with PayPal (also owned by Ebay!). If you disagree there is no comeback - both PayPal and Ebay register their interests abroad so it is not possible to persue them in the courts without what will most of the time be expenses outweighing the loss. They make a very big fuss about purchases being protected by PayPal and then make the claims process as complicated as possible to dissuade and confuse.

great concept with some flaws
Positives:
A good idea and well populated with potential delivery drivers from large companies to man and van. No doubt bargains to be had!
Negatives:
No available structure to charges for the user, so no way of checking if you are being overcharged, probably so that their fees, which are rather high, are not divulged prior to a match being made.
Shiply's charges are deducted when the booking is made and no refund of the charge for any reason. Hopefully this will change when they become better established and subsequently handle customers more professionally

Great value heathrow parking
I usually use a price comparison site for booking parking, but at short notice (and even with long notice!) these guys are much superior value for a meet and greet service. I have used them twice and the first time they were a little slow in delivering the car, but second time there was no waiting at all. For the reduction in price a few extra minutes is not a big deal.
