An excellent web-development product, with 100% service and support.

Nothing has been too much trouble for the bOnline team - handling my "layman" enquiries with friendly diplomacy, pointing and assisting me all the way.

This is what customer service should be about, and is all the more evident due it's lacking with so many other suppliers. Well done bOnline for "lighting the way".
