Can't deliver the goods
A very quick service but the mug I ordered was totally the wrong colour. Discussion with customer services descended into a slanging match and I was very unhappy with the whole service.
I think one star is too good - would put no stars really. Steer clear.
- The colour was nowhere near the colour ordered. It wasn't about shades it was a totally different colour. I ordered red and I got a dark orange.
- I used a high quality 300dpi image which everywhere else came out red.
- Constantly being told by this company I am in the wrong and how can I expect the colour I wanted for such a cheap mug price. I think any product sold should be what they promised and you ordered, it doesn't matter what the price is.

If you are working or looking to a specific pantone shade on your design and need us to match the pantone colour, then we do need to be informed prior to production so we can advise what is and what is not possible.
It may take several firings to get the exact shade 99% correct - and the cost may exceed your budget, but we can try !
With the two mugs concerned, the recommended Ricoh colour profile was used as per our normal printer settings
We print at 300dpi,which is a high resolution setting; this is far higher than a normal computer monitors, which is set to only 72dpi,so the detail and colour clarity you see is diffrent to what is then printed
This does mean that unless you layer your image correctly, some colours printed will vary slightly during production.
