I ordered the Kuerig as a gift for my dad. Got the confirmation and eventually the tracking info. My dad called to tell me it was refused by Lowe's. What does Lowes have to do with it??? I then get an e-mail saying it was a defective product and it was recalled and I would receive a $10. credit. Today the credit shows up but my dad still does not have his Kuerig. If they recalled the product because of a defect, a new one should have been shipped immediately. When is he going to get it????
