shoddy service from a shoddy company!

bought a bed from dreams 3 yrs ago. took out the 10 year guarantee.
in the last 6 months the bed has fallen apart. there is a massive hole in the middle of the mattress where the springs have disappeared, and the frame of the mattress has all snapped.
I called cmr svcs and was spoken to by someone who clearly didn't want to be there..... After a few days, I am still waiting for a call from someone to come and 'assess' my mattress.
