Fast Service, Bad Customer Service.

This site is actually great with you being able to make payments swiftly and the delivery is quick too. The reason why the customer service poor is because I sent an e-mail enquiring about a purchase and three weeks later no reply. Speaking with a moody person on the phone is one thing but just being ignored is infuriating. I now know that I can't depend on this company for any help with purchases I make from them. And for that reason I will never use again.
