very slow customer support, ignored on facebook
bought sniper elite ghost warrior 2 back in December (pre-order) was released 11th march but never received key. So i contacted support about it and it stated the reply within the hour to 12 hours at most its now been 3 days with no reply. I have tried messaging again with no reply. I even tried their facebook page they replied to everyone else but not me. Never using them again. Only thing is good is their prices other then that rubbish and looks like im not the only one having issues.

awesome price, fast delivery and good deal package
Jack done a very good deal package for me saving me hundreds of pounds, helped me in getting the right bits for the camera. Delivery was only 3 days very fast for something coming from the states. Very happy will deal with again in the near future.
