They're based in the Netherlands rather than the UK but that shouldn't put you off. The prices are very competitive and the service is excellent. I ordered a set that is out of stock at Lego in the UK and other European suppliers either had stupidly high delivery costs or just refused to deliver to the UK. Super toys dispatched next day and I had my lego a couple of days later. I can't fault them.
I've ordered both software and hardware from Coolshop. Pre ordered games are delivered in good time and the customer service is outstanding. Having had one complete disaster on an order thanks to my bank and the team at Customer service were frankly tireless in sorting me out via webchat.
The only other failure I've had was in a six month old playstation controller. It was replaced by return of post. Faultless.
I have used Cybercandy literally for years to provide me with interesting and otherwise unobtainable stoking fillers for my kids and my other half. From strange and exotic Japanese sweets through the many varieties of Australian Freddos to the downright offensive Scandinavian Turkish pepper lollies I pride myself on avoiding yet another dodgy selection box from Asda. They also stock an huge range of foreign drinks including Root Beer. Why don't shops in the UK sell root beer?
The service I have received has always been outstanding. I have been able to change my order after placing it, I have had notification of out of stocks before they dispatch and when I've asked for it the substitutions have been excellent.
The Facebook page is an excellent addition to the customer service experience. Although it's only what I would expect from any company trading on line they are doing it right by responding to customers needs and giving instant feedback.
