Slightly different than requested but good value. (READ THE COMMENTS)

I got my products really quickly which was great. Well packaged using recycled material, which made me feel good about the company's ethical code. My invoice described my tarot box as having brass corners and I was charged to reflect that yet the box I received did not have said brass fittings. I was a little disappointed that my order was wrong but don't wish my cards (which I also got with the order. Fabulous quality) to be left out of safe keeping, so I feel unable to complain as I dob't want to have to leave them boxless as it's exchanged. However service was prompt.

I have just spoken with Jane and understand she has already spoken with you and we are sending you the proper box out today. So sorry about that! We have looked into it and we believe this is a straight forward miss pick on our side. And we sent you a similar box box, but not the box you ordered.
Please feel free to keep the box that we sent you in error. No need to send it back.
