No tickets at advertised price

Bought four tickets through website. Good price. got an email that due to tecknical reasons they could not book the tickets and the customer services will give me a call. Phoned them half an hour later found out that the tickets were not available at the advertised price and I could get them at £150 extra with another airline each if I like.

Couple of years ago I had bought tickets from them with good experience but looks like they have changed and adopted the policy of grab the customer somehow and them give them stupid prices later. Just waste their time. I would personally keep away from these people in future.

No Tickets - Just Nuisance

Bought four tickets through website. Good price. Money taken out promptly. All looked good. In 25 minutes time got a phone call to say that the tickets are not available at the advertised price and I can get them at £160-200 extra each if I like Or they will return the money. I asked for refund but the refund will be next 72 hours.

Luckily I am not in rush but what if I wanted to book something else straight away. I would personally keep away from these people in future. I think they work of the trap the customer bases. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Yodel

Worst Company I have ever come across

E2Save gave me a delivery date for the 10/07/2012. I requested them to tell the delivery people to give me call when they arrive as my property is behind a main gate with no alarm on it and I would not see them. I have lived at this property and never had a problem.

Yodel decided to deliver it on 09/07/2012 (one day earlier). Left a card and did not call me. That evening, went on their website and re-arranged it to alternative address and they accepted that and sent me a confirmation email. But no, they supposedly tried the delivery on the first address on 10/07/2012 and supposedly left a card which could not be found. I filled in one of their online contact form and requested them if they could either give me call when they come or deliver it to my alternative address. Got no response at all. Next day same lies on the tracking system that delivery tried, no response, card left. Again no card to be seen.

I complained twice to E2Save and they supposedly contacted/emailed them my requirement but no changes. The lies on the tracking page continued. Finally I have enough and requested to pick it up from their service centre in Loughborough on 16/07/2112, 20 mile away from my home. Even on that day their tracking system was saying that delivery tried, waiting for instruction. We managed to collect the item on 1/07/2012.

Here is my tracking page. Card left only once on 9/7/12. The rest are lies allegedly.

I am very disappointed. Honestly, I will never deal with these people again. In future, I will ask the retailers who they use for delivery. If the answer is Yodel, I will go elsewhere.
