I bought a cooker from this company that I thought was new- had to wait in till 6pm for it to be delivered- losing a days holiday. After less than two weeks the cooker blew up. When the Hotpoint engineer came out he said the cooker was faulty and was in fact not a brand new cooker.Then had to make 9 calls to get collection arranged. They would not do refund until cooker was returned - Guess what - still waiting for refund! am thinking of consulting Trading Standards. Very shabby customer care
