Late but dealt with promptly
The part didn't arrive when it should have but one email dealt with the problem. The girl I spoke to when ordering was delightful and very helpful. These things happen and I would order from them again.

Excellent service, wonderful product.
Arrived extremely promptly. Postal packaging excellent. The cardboard box it came in needs to reflect the high quality of the contents better.(It was a present for someone). The actual set itself was of fantastic workmanship and the recipient (my daughter's partner) was extremely impressed with the high quality of the set.
