I ordered a jacket for my daughter on 04/11/13 and I was given a delivery date of 16 - 20/12/13. I found this excessive, but my daughter REALLY wanted the jacket and, as we couldn't get it in store, said she wanted to wait.
On 25/11/13 I checked the status of my pending order and noticed that the delivery date had changed to 30/12/13 - 03/01/14!!!
At no point did anyone contact me to advise that the date had been amended from a date that was already excessive, to a date that was completely unacceptable.
Needless to say, because of their non-existent customer service, failure to deliver and underhand moving of goalposts, I have closed my online account and will never be shopping online with H&M again.
I emailed H&M on 25/11/13 to complain about their service and, although I got an automated acknowledgement saying H&M Customer Service had received my email and would answer as soon as possible, they haven't replied. What a surprise.
I ordered a Quercus Rustic Solid Oak Widescreen TV Cabinet on 26/11/13.
It was not marked as one of the 'order now for delivery before Christmas' pieces and my latest delivery date was estimated as 31/12/13.
I was delighted to receive a call on 11/12/13 to say that my furniture was ready and to arrange a delivery time!
The TV cabinet was delivered on 19/12/13. Prior to delivery, I received several texts and emails to remind me of my delivery date and time. The delivery was scheduled between 12:30 and 15:30 but the delivery guys were able to get to me slightly earlier so they called to check that this was ok. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient.
It's a beautiful, solid piece, was superbly packaged and received in perfect condition. At £298.15 for something that would have cost double that elsewhere, it's excellent value for money.
I'm thoroughly impressed with Oak Furniture Land. They have exceeded all my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
I had my kitchen fitted by the Stockport branch. Lovely kitchen and the fitter was first class, however, the whole experience was completely overshadowed by a completely incompetent salesman and a complete lack of communication on Magnet's part. Their level of customer service is appalling. Aside from two doors which had to be adjusted, my kitchen was finished 9 weeks ago. Only today have the two missing doors finally been fitted. That was one of too many issues to bore you with here, suffice to say I wouldn't recommend Magnet to my worst enemy.
The free samples I ordered came incredibly quickly and were invaluable in helping me select the correct shade of wooden blinds for my kitchen. The blinds are good quality, easy to hang and look fabulous. Make sure you're SPOT ON with your measurements though! Hanging instructions are clear and easy to follow and the blinds are delivered quickly, which is great if you're as impatient as I am! I have used 247 for blinds for the window and French doors in my kitchen, and also a series of 5 separate blinds for a large Edwardian bay window. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 247 Blinds to anyone and have already recommended them to my friends.
I love visiting the Dawsons shop to soak up the atmosphere, but due to my daughter's impatience, I ordered her an amp and a guitar case for her new Epiphone dot from Dawsons online. They were dispatched promptly, well packaged and reasonably priced. If I didn't have time to get to the physical shop, I would definitely have no qualms about shopping with Dawsons online again!
The products I order regularly are always in stock, packaged well, dispatched quickly and most importantly are very competitively priced. Easy to use website, fast and efficient service. I've been a customer for 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!
