No loyalty to existing customers

I have been very disappointed with the after sales service provided by easyspace. The website wasn't cheap to begin with but they charge a fortune for every little thing i've needed since and they make out its a big deal. You can click on a button to sign up for services such as auto renew, but if you want out expect to spend hours waiting on the telephone for a call centre operator to pick up. I'm looking to move asap
