We placed an order closed to £1500 at the beginning of may, we waited 12 weeks for some cushions that stated delivery would be in three weeks, when we checked the website regular whilst the dates kept getting longer, no notification to us was made, very very disappointed!! We decided to cancel the whole order after a rude telephone call from the service team, or lack off, And still waiting for a refund and now nearly in August, now understand why good brands spend on retaining customer values and service! Something you should dwell on before ordering! Be warned!!
