Brilliant help desk!

Bought an item off ebay and had an issue, the item wouldnt work. after talking in messaging to the company, they advised me to troubleshoot it and test it a bit more. after around2 hours i said i have done everything and they forwarded me to a Customer Service Rep.
He explained that he would ship me a new KVM switch out the following day or atleast have a look for me. he found a suitable one. THEY RANG ME. after giving my consent, (this is rare, usually you have to call companies!!)
They arranged a date, sent it by post the monday, i received it today, Tuesday.

This time in full working order, the new item is £5 more. although i did not have to pay a penny, the company gave the item for free!
So in all, i got a broken KVM switch, for 15£ then a new item, without returning the broken one. for free which is worth £5 more.
