Strings Direct
The best stock, the best prices, the best service.
No point in looking elsewhere. Strings Direct have all I need to fettle my guitars and basses. Delivery has always been by return of post.
Kikatek
Very good, but COMMUNICATE!
I want to give five stars but I can't.
I placed an order with Kikatek because I had used them before and because the price for the equipment I wanted was the lowest of the trustworthy suppliers. I got no order acknowledgement and when I logged on to the Kikatek tracking system the following day there was no sign of my order. I was on the point of re-ordering because I needed the equipment and thought my order may not have worked. I emailed Kikatek to check and received an uninformative auto response. Two hours later I got an email saying my goods were ready to be dispatched.
The turnround time of the order was very fast, the goods were in perfect condition and the price was excellent.
If the communications were better it would easily be a five star review. Most other suppliers can do it. Come on Kikatek! I'm rooting for you!
