Interlink Express

Careless and Disorganised

I recently order a 25kg tub of Marine salt from a company who use Interlinkexpress. I needed the salt to perform some urgent water changes in my reef tank. I paid for next day delivery because of the urgency. Interlink express broke the first tub at the depot and I was told another was being sent out by my supplier. Two days after I was told the replacement was being delivered (I waited in on the delivery day to no avail), I chase up the supplier who tells me they will speak with Interlink. Another day passes and I phone the interlink depot directly who tell me it is missing at the main hub. I then get a call from the supplier who tell me it is at my local depot but they have broken the second tub. Needless to say I cannot wait any longer and have requested a refund from my supplier. I will now not use this supplier despite having good prices simply because they use this joke of a company. In fact I will no longer purchase anything from anyone who uses interlinkexpress. A really badly disorganised company who do not take care of your goods! 1 star is to give them too much credit but alas I cannot give them zero.
