An absolute disgrace

Bought power pack from london SW19 when i was working in the area, when i got it home (SE16 on the other side of london) i realised my xbox was faulty i no longer needed the goods. No phone number on reciept, no phone number on line, just web enquiiry form to fill out.
Took it to Goode street store, first assistant couldnt wait to lie to me, by saying i had to go back to store i bought it from because they didnt sell the particular item there. I said i didnt believe him, when the i asked to speak to the manager, a rather mis-shappened individually who had been lurching in the shadows listening in on the conversation, said i was outside their 2...count it 2 day returns policy and there was nothing he could do.

When i took matter up with their complaints team via email, was told this Total Recall resembling cat was going to give me a refund as a "gesture of good will" but changed his mind when i became "aggressive". By aggressive i think he means not allowing people to lie to me and take advantage.

I cant not understand for the life of me how, when high street stores are going down like nine pins this gangsters are still be in business.

We need to teach these people what consumer power is all about, we hold all the cards, because we hold all the money. BOYCOT THIS STORE BOYCOT THIS STORE
