I've been a Quidco member for years now and recommend it to every one! They are helpful with any queries I may have and very friendly. My only quibble is that on occasion it can be difficult to find a way to contact them with a general query, though this has improved, and the mobile app 'checkins'. They don't always tally with the site. Otherwise, excellent!
I have been using CampusGifts for a little over six months now - I stumbled across them by accident and I am heartily glad I did. The range of products they stock is excellent, as is the packing (always fully protecting all items, not just fragile ones) and delivery of items purchased. But what makes CampusGifts so special is their level of customer service; every single member of staff I have been in contact with has been friendly and incredibly helpful - often going outside of their role to ensure that my query or request is resolved as soon as is possible. I feel like I know them!! Such customer service is rare in any retail outlet these days, so to feel as if you have been served personally by an online retailer is no mean feat. I have, and will continue to, recommend CampusGifts to friends and colleagues - and also to the strangers in the street who stop me to ask where I got my bag/umbrella/purse from!!! The only thing that could improve the site further would be the additon of a 'My Account' facility, to store addresses, etc.but that's only as I like to click my address rather than type it out! I genuinely cannot think of anything else. Well done to all who make CampusGifts what it is!! Thank-you!!
