Purchased a Samsung 46ES8000 32 days ago, today it stopped working. The Olympics were fabulous but that's the last I will see of it. Arrogant and rude store Manager in Reading Gate and refuse to give a refund even though it is not fit for purpose!! Referred me back to Samsung who say Currys can make a refund and it's their decision.
Every time I go into Currys it's a bad experience as all they want to sell you is a Apple product or their horrendously overpriced insurance on a VERY hard sell. This time it's final I am never going back.
After reading these reviews I am very concerned. I ordered a modular sofa 12 weeks ago and paid in full, £2200 it was supposed to be on a 6-8 week delivery. I have called customer services a number of times to ask where it is, latest is one piece is in stock, the other 1st August and the other part the system doesn't say! My other concern is that it is leather and all 3 parts will be a different colour!
I have brought many items from Habitat over the years but I won't be again. I am also concerned that this one will never appear. Also as it was placed via the website I have never had an update from Habitat I have to always chase them, ridiculous!
