I ordered a pair of special edition sunglasses at a very good price. Free delivery was due next day. At 8 in the morning I received a text message telling me delivery would be between 11:30 and 12:30 - the only time that day that wasn't convenient! I text back 1 (as per directions) and delivery was changed to the next day. I can't think of how it could have been easier for me.
I will be using Shadestation again, and the courier they use are fantastic too.
