This is the 3rd time I have used mazuma and as with each time the service has been extremely prompt. After getting an online quote I received the postage instructions and envelope within a couple of days. After posting the phone (an iPhone this time round) and using royal mail recorded delivery, I received an email the following day informing me that they had received my phone. Within a couple more hours and another email to tell me, the money was transferred directly into my bank account. A reliable service which I can recommend to others.
