I've just received my second order with Deramores. Unlike my first order, which arrived super quick in 2 days, this order went awol. The Customer Service team at Deramores were fantastic, helping me to try track my order and, when this didn't work, resending another one asap. I have no doubt the non-delivery was from Royal Mail's end (as Royal Mail almost botched the resend delivery with incorrectly dated delivery slips) and can't thank Deramores enough for their patience and fabulous service. The products I ordered were all great quality and well priced, I'll be ordering again.
