I've searched most websites looking for a decent exercise bike I stumbled across there website thinking there must be something wrong with the bike because similar products on other websites where alot more expensive. I also rang the company to see when it would be delivered and the girls on the phone were very helpful. item took 1 say to be delivered. very happy customer
