Visited a local store in Wirral early May but after 4 unsuccessful delivery dates I cancelled the order at the beginning of July. Each time, we recieved a call from an 'intermediary' company giving us a date but on each occassion the bed didn't arrive and when we chased it up were told that the delivery team had never actually had the bed in stock to be able to deliver it. When I did cancel they didn't seem surprised or try to persuade me otherwise so obviously their poor service is no surprise to them either. It's a dysfunctional business model which is costing the company money. Not only did I cancel this order but decided not buy another £1000 bed I'd had my eye on.
An utter shambles!!!!!
