Have used Amigo Autos about a dozen times now, at different times of the year. They have always been courteous, friendly, and very helpful each time, and if I wasn't entirely happy with the vehicle offered, they would try to accommodate me with my choice.
I have used the Malaga Airport depot each time, and it's always been very easy to deal with. My only niggle, is I suppose, not really the company, but especially at Malaga airport, I have found that the queue can be really long, and on my last visit I had to queue for 1 hour and 30 minutes before reaching the counter to collect my car. This would be my only fault.
I have used Jet2 on many occasions for flights, and on the whole they are professional, friendly, competent, helpful in every way, and it's a pleasure to travel with them. The beverages are always pleasant, and the check-in facilities and booking options online are easy to navigate through. However, on the 12th July when I travelled back from Malaga to the UK, my flight was meant to leave at 20.25, and as usual, I checked in as the desk opened, and was in ample time at the gate (B11), only to find there were no staff at the gate, and not many passengers. The departure board was still showing boarding at gate B11. The flight time passed and still no-one available to ask. After 9pm a Spanish Jet2 person appeared and said problems at Leeds, and that was that. About 30 mins later a Jet2 rep told us problems at Leeds meant the plane hadn't even left the Uk, and we were looking at well after midnight before getting the flight home. We eventually departed Malaga at 01.45, and arrived in UK about 04.30. On departure frm the car park at Leeds Bradford airport, I was then charged an extra £89 which is surplus to the £46 I had already paid when I booked online weeks before. As this was beyond my control, I believe that Jet2 should reimburse me for the overcharge, but there is no e-mail address to contact them, and on several telephone calls I still didn't get through to them, so unfortunately on this occasion it has been a very expensive holiday caused by Jet2.
