I originally bodged up my order with simply games upon realising the next day i phoned in and asked for some help on how to cancel the item so i could re-order the correct one to which i was offered by them to just change the order to what i meant it to be which only took them 2 minutes and they refunded me the extra id spent even though i had made the mistake brilliant company cannot recommend them enough
