Stayed for a two night Ninjago special weekend with my nearly five year old boy. Really magical hotel; starting with the fire breathing dragon and amazing reception, truly amazing room with a treasure hunt to unlock a generous Lego goody bag and a carpet whoopie cushion amongst many other surprises. Fab restaurant with great Lego sculptures / characters; and the food quality was really good. Skyline bar and play area was great fun for kids and adults. Great to be able to go on a few rides with absolutely no queues. The staff were really friendly and worked so hard. I could not afford to stay in peak season but I cannot recommend the out of season packages enough. Only minor suggestion would be to have more lunchtime staff in the Skyline bar as this was the only place open to eat and there was a wait to order and then get your meal; the staff were rushing around and worked their socks off to keep people happy.
The magic lift table was delivered faulty and remained flat in my house for weeks. Still no refund for table or £59 delivery charge. Customer service telephone number and email team refer you to each other without resolving the problem, letter to MD & CEO not answered and they refuse to post negative reviews on their website. There seems to be an organisational culture of ignoring faults with their products and treating customers with contempt. I will not be using this company again.

I ordered flowers and received an email which showed I had been over charged. It is impossible to get a response from the company by email or telephone. The flowers were ordered for next day delivery and still have not arrived 6 days later. The company's business accounts are registered at Staines so I will be contacting the local authority to report to Trading Standards potential fraudulent activity.
