Terrible experience to get hold of a reasonable product!
After ordering the product, I phoned the customer service team to check on dispatch & delivery arrangements. They were polite & helpful and said the specialist courier would telephone before attempting delivery.
Delivery was a nightmare - delivered by TNT, the shower was forced on an elderly neighbour who wasn't in a position to accept delivery. Bath Empire took no responsibility for the incorrect information provided when I called customer services, they shrugged their shoulders and blamed the courier.
Having said that, the product itself was OK. We struggled with some poorly machined parts, but generally OK.

I ordered two lift up lid stays on a Friday for my grandson's toy box, by Monday afternoon
They were on the toy box doing exactly what they were bought for. Brilliant.no more jammed fingers.
