Good car hire - exactly as described!
Pickup and drop off of the hire car was easy and relatively pain-free. Staff spoke English and in general, everything went really well. My only tip is to make sure you check the car over for damage and get it all noted before leaving the pickup location. Overall, pleased with the cost, condition of the car and customer service. I would recommend using Argus Car Hire.
Pet Supermarket
Good website and products, poor communications re delivery
It's really easy to shop using the Pet Supermarket website, and they have a fantastic product range. However, they took their time with delivery and when I rang to ask about when they would despatch, the person I spoke to was very defensive, saying that I hadn't paid for express delivery! I do alot of online shopping and despite not always paying for express delivery, my stuff has turned up within a few days. Not so with this lot! I wasn't in a rush for the products but the attitude of the person I spoke to was a bit unsatisfactory. Also, I received very few updates about despatch, the email saying my goods were despatched actually arrived after the goods did! Nevermind.

100% delivery time and time again - reliable & trustworthy
I've used Double8 Tickets twice now, once in 2008 to see The Cure at Wembley, and now again in 2012 for The Muse at O2. I've always been wary of booking tickets from online websites but Double8 is 100% genuine, you can speak to someone if you need to, and they have delivered the best seats in the house each and every time. I'd highly recommend booking through them - definitely worth paying extra for guaranteed delivery :-)
