I ordered my item, got a white screen at the paying point, rang Sportsmart, tried again on their advice, then payment went through.
They sent me two items, i.e my first attempt had gone through- but with no chance to confirm or verify it. Terrible website design.
I do not want two items.
They have not replied to emails, and the phone number is now never answered. Recorded message asking for a security code!
This is dishonest, rude and unethical.
Do not use this company (Paramount Sports; of which Sportsmart is an offshoot.)
