I came across this company when I was looking for a new coolcoat for my pup, who had outgrown last year's model, which was the best buy ever. Their coolcoat was different to the norm and it said it stays soft, which I liked the sound of, as the big ones take up a lot of room when dry and hard. Online it said his size was out of stock so I rang to ask when they'd be in and was told they would email me. However, five minutes later I received a call to tell me they did have them in stock, I placed my order and received it 24 hours later - great service!
However, I'm not pleased with the coat; it's a generous fit and looks good but unlike the usual coolcoats you can't wring it dry and it drips everywhere, so now I wet it ten minutes before the walk, letting it drip in the bathroom then put it in a plastic bag to put in the car. There's always water in the bag, and although he's happy wearing it, it definitely doesn't stay cool for as long as his old one. Also, his fur feels slightly damp, which it didn't before. I gave his old one away as soon as the new one arrived, and now wish I hadn't, because he used to wear it indoors when he was particularly hot but can't this new one because it drips and leaves damp patches.
Can't fault the company for service but honestly wouldn't recommend this coat. Unfortunately, he's finished growing now so I won't be able to justify the cost of buying another (this was his third)
I needed a prescription for Harley's Worm tablets and nearly didn't bother as I thought it would be a hassle to order online. However, it couldn't have been easier, I rang Animed's office with a couple of queries and they couldn't have been more helpful. I then placed and paid for my order online, went to the library and faxed the prescription and three days later received the order. By ordering the prescription tablets online I will pay half during the course of a year what they would have cost at the surgery. I couldn't be happier!
I haven't dealt with this company before and tried to place an order one evening; all progressed well till the last page when it wouldn't open to let me log my payment details. I phoned and left a message. At 8.59am the next day I had a call back, which disconnected three or four times before I was able to speak to an exceptionally nice and helpful lady, who took my order from me, saying there have been problems with their computer system. Initially she wasn't able to get my credit card accepted, but finally all was ok. Three hours later she phoned me back to say she was a bit worried about the hassle with my order so had 'gone' to check it was ok with Accounts, and discovered it had been debited TWICE! She hoped it'd been rectified but wanted to warn me in case it hadn't!
I had tried on the Wednesday evening to place the order, finally managing on Thursday, and it was delivered mid-day the following Tuesday. Not the speediest delivery I've had, but it was free, and the sales staff couldn't have been nicer. I will place my next order with them, but if I have as much hassle I may go elsewhere.
I was very pleased to receive my order so quickly, and very good value. Thank you, I'll come again!
