Ordered a large mirror from this company for a gift on 10th September, was told it would be here between 3rd and 10th October........im still waiting! They didn't even contact me to say it wasn't coming. I eventually contacted them via the website as they do not have a customer service contact number, which is illegal!!! I have just had a reply to say they do not know when it will come. VERY UNHAPPY!!!
Needless to say i wont be using them again! perhaps they should invest more in providing a good customer service than spending it on a flashy TV advert and website.

I feel I just have to say, I was a bit anxious about ordering from this company after reading their and the delivery companies reviews, but my fears were unfounded! My goods arrived before expected and in perfect condition by a very professional delivery company (not Yodel). I will not hesitate to use this company in the future. I was possibly one of the lucky ones, or maybe Made has got its act together!
