TRUST ME I AM AN ENGINEER! BUT VIAGOGO IS NOT!

As seen on 1st and 2nd print screen,

i bought a TOMORROWLAND TICKET from VIAGOGO at 07/04/20012 (7th of september)

477 GBP as written. (I checked my bank account, payment is seen on OPEN PROVISION it means my money at the pool not taken.)

Then suddenly my plan is changed,

As seen on 3rd print screen.

i post on selling list my ticket again via VIAGOGO at 10/04/2012 (10th of september)

(I checked my bank account , payment is not seen, even in OPEN PROVISION, and i thought they cancelled it but i know that i will loose a lit bit from buying-selling and it will be max 50-60 GBP)

3 months late, until 02/07/2012 (2nd of july) everything is all right

then at this date,

As seen on 4th print screen they sent me this information mail and i become really relax and said

'What a great system thanks to them! ' Then i changed all my plans for the same date -26-30 july.

(I checked my bank account , there is no change even they didn't take the buying selling discount - i taught they will take it later)

THEN as seen on 5th print screen they sent me this mail: your ticket is ready! and i was shocked!

THEN i checked my bank account and they took 600 GBP FROM ME !!! as seen on print screen 6th

I called them, nobody answered.

I sent 5-6 mails, then they answer me like this every time - as seen on print screen 7th.




NOW I TALKED WITH MY LAWYER. SHE IS NOT GOOD AT ENGLISH - I AM LOOKING FOR A LAWYER FOR CLAIM FOR DAMAGES.
