Having ordered a new phone from 3, DPD then proceeded to claim that they had attempted to deliver the phone twice. After the first time, I called 3, giving detailed instructions as to our location, which they relayed to
DPD whilst I was on hold . I then sent an electronic update with similar information. I then waited in during (and around) the "one hour slot". No delivery. I then received a text mesage saying
I had not been in to receive the delivery. Now angry,
I call 3 again, who spoke to DPD who arrogantly insisted that they had been in the right place! I have now cancelled the contract with 3, rejected the phone and will not do business with any company shich has the misfortune to use DPD. Utterly hopeless.
