Same experience as all the other reviewers. Just extraordinarily terrible.

Their most despicable trick is the old, "no one at home, left a card" trick. My buzzer never went, no card was ever left.

I've had numerous dealings with them over the last 12 months. Everyone has left me fuming.

Fingers crossed they will begin to lose the big online contracts as retailers begin to realise that the cost of unhappy customers, far outweighs the added cost of using a reputable courier.
