A brilliant and first class service

My laptop collapsed very suddenly and was unrepairable so after looking on the internet I came across Tier 1. With some trepidation I phoned and explained my plight a suggestion was made as to which would be the best replacement for my needs. No heavy or hard selling but straight forward advice. I agreed to the particular model suggested and on asking how long it would take to get to me was told, 'Tomorrow of course,' and it did, by lunchtime the next day I was tapping away on a machine in tip top condition.
I would, and have recommended Tier 1 to anybody.
