Watchfinder

Pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations!!

For obvious reasons I was a little dubious to deal with Watchfinder, so much so i drove down to Maidstone from Nottingham to do the exchange. Living up to its reputation the congestion on the m25 and TomTom deciding that a shortcut through the centre of London, I missed my appointment!! Not a happy start, I rang and reluctantly arranged to send my watch. The next day i received an email stating that my watch had arrived safely, and would begin testing to meet Watchfinders strict standards. I then got a call to say that my watch was fine and they would honour the price agreed and to pay the balance and the watch would be sent special delivery for a before 1pm delivery the next day. Well, I stood by the window waiting for the postman in case he managed to knock on my door unheard!! I now have an immaculate navitimer on my wrist even better than i could have hoped for, I was expecting to have to moan that this wasn't done as promised etc... But no! It was as described and unmarked and like brand new!! So Thank you Watchfinder for a pleasant experience that far exceeded my expectations!!
