Goods faulty. Seller did not comply with Sale of Goods Act
I purchased some dressing table mirrors from this company. There was no charge for postage and the goods arrived promptly. However, when we tried to assemble the mirrors they were discovered to be faulty. The company would not agree to a full refund and payment for the return postage. They wanted to charge me an administration charge of 15% plus return carriage. After MUCH negotiation, I managed to get the admin charge dropped but I still paid for the return carriage. I just wanted to end the mess and although I could have gone to the Small Claim Court I really couldn't be bothered. Tread carefully with this company and know your rights!

Superfast delivery, great prices and outstanding personal service!
Amazing. I ordered 3 bags of dog food which were £2 per bag less than I usually pay and the whole lot was delivered free within 24 hours or order! The web site said 2-3 days but it arrived well packaged the following day. I can't recommend this company enough - may even have to get another dog so I can order more from them!!
