The best on-line experience ever

I have been buying goods on-line for many, many years. I haven't ever had an real issues or problems, sometimes goods are a bit late or an unexpected postage cost is applied and often some of the larger organisations are not so good on sending out the right size but on the whole I am a happy internet shopper. However, when I used this site I was really amazed by how good the whole experience was. I searched for a particular pair of Timberland boots that I wanted using Google. Not only did Outdoorkit have the right model, they also had exact size (ladies 5.5 - no one else did). Plus they were cheaper than anywhere else including Ebay and Amazon Sellers. I made my purchase and praise be, I was not forced to give massive amounts of information, it was very quick and easy. Even better, the goods arrived exactly as promised the next afternoon. This probably sounds a bit so what BUT put all the elements of the whole experience together and it was really excellent. So much so that I have been telling everyone AND have written this review without even being prompted by a flow up from the company.

This is an organisation that is providing a service and experience that other internet businesses should aspire to.

This is a brilliant product

I have been using DOT Mailer to communicate with our Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Cardfight!! Vanguard and MTG customers (www.koolkingdom.co.uk) for just over a year and have sent out over 70 campaigns.

After a bit of trial and error with the first couple (and the support team were excellent) I can now create a campaign very, very quickly and the results are instant. Send e-mail - customers click on a link and buy – what more could you ask for!

I love the WYSIWYG easy editor and how easy it is to build campaigns. I was very pleased with the change introduced to the way images are stored which came out earlier this year and the re-mail facility was another brilliant enhancement.

I am 100% satisfied with DOT Mailer, it is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone.
