I ordered an item online and I was expecting it on the 17th, it didn't arrive. I called your call center who said because I live in Northern Ireland it would be an extra day and to expect on the 18th, I couldn't justify this since it was a two day package. But I accepted it and waited until the 18th but it still didn't arrive, so I contacted your call center again who assured me I would definitely receive it on the 19th. Again nothing appeared, so I yet again contacted your call center on the 20th, who have long waiting queues might I add, who then said that they have appeared to have lost it on a van somewhere between Birmingham and the Down Depot, how this is possible, I have no idea!
I was advised to contact the company who I bought the item from who have contacted you and got an investigation raised and they have sent me another item which I am to expect on Tuesday.. hopefully you don't lose it this time! Shocking service from yourselves.
My friend told me you lost something of his before too, is this a habit you have? Will avoid using you again in the future.
