FINGER ON THE PULSE..

I used Hispek recently for the first time to purchase a Steam Iron. My purchase order was emailed with an estimated delivery date, I emailed back a few days later to ask if they could advise more precisely the delivery due date. They replied with a Date and time window & tracking number. My purchase arrived within the time slot, No fuss & prompt service from Hispek.
Never used there after sales service yet as no need to , But if that's as good they certainly have their fingers on the pulse.
