Lipsy
terrible...never again.
I bought a dress few month ago.I had problems with the payment process on their website.I called customer service over 10 times,and everytime they were saying that everything was resolved...but it` was not.They made me pay 3 TIMES for the dress.It took more than 2 weeks to get the dress...I will never use Lipsy ever again.
I never experienced anything like it to purchase an item.
Not recommended.

Amazing choice of products and outstanding customer service!
Viovet has an amazing choice of products.They got brands that sometimes are challenging to find.
Their prices are also really competitive.
The website is well done and it is really easy to order online!
When i have a question about a product or anything else,the customer service team on the phone are always very polite,helpful and efficient.
Overall,Viovet is outstanding on every aspect!!!
I have NEVER been disappointed!
