Good but needed to wait
Service was fine but having booked a slot online I rather hoped I'd be able to turn up and be seen fairly quickly. Unfortunately I was told they'd get to me in half an hour or more, plus the fitting time, of course.
Victim of their own success maybe? Too busy to give prompt service - but otherwise good.

Expensive, and half empty bottles
Overall quite good, prices for some things can be a little high - and I'm sure some tablets are packed out to be bigger than they need to be.
Some bottles are only filled half way. They have the correct number of tablets in but they end up shipping mostly air to the customer, which seems strange. Could also be done to make the package look impressive, like the overly large tablets..
